Catering

The Bistro at Howden Park Centre caters for all sorts of functions.   Corporate catering choices range from a simple budget finger buffet through an extensive selection of hot or cold buffet lunch options that include, for example, a tiger prawn, lemon, rocket, garden pea, cracked pepper and mascarpone risotto or a black olive, basil and pine nut frittata.  There is also an extensive choice of sandwiches salads and deserts.

As with the daily lunch and dinner menus, the corporate catering options have been devised by Head Chef Scott Kirkham to make full use of the freshest of Scottish produce (sourced locally whenever possible) and to compliment the modern, stylish atmosphere of the new building.  

All vegetarian food is plated separately and the chef is happy to cater for other dietary needs including vegans and coeliacs, please let us know of any special requirements at the time of booking.
