When will Howden Park Centre re-open?

The theatre's schedule of events will now be suspended until 1 March 2021. The majority of shows from the 2020 programme are being moved to 2021. We hope to be able to take bookings for other spaces in the venue from the 14 September for community and commercial group hires with guidelines being adhered to. What is 'Friends of Howden Park'?
If your show is cancelled or you no longer wish to attend, then you can support your local theatre by becoming a 'Friend of Howden'. As a 'Friend of Howden' you can donate your ticket or take a credit note to attend a future show. This support will help preserve the future of the venue and will help us continue to deliver theatrical shows, high profile entertainers, the annual Panto as well as provide a cultural community hub.

My show is rescheduled/cancelled but I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

Yes, if your show is cancelled or you no longer wish to attend, then you can request a refund or become a 'Friend of Howden'. Our Box Office Team will be in contact with you via email or telephone to discuss this. Please be patient as we only have a small team who are working to speak with everyone who is affected by this.

Are rescheduled tickets still valid for new 2021 dates?
Yes, all tickets purchased for 2020 shows that have been rescheduled will be valid for the new 2021 dates.

Is the Box Office open?
Yes, however we have a small team working through a high volume of queries. The team will contact you directly via e-mail or telephone. If you would like to speak to a member of the team, please contact the Box Office on hpcboxoffice@westlothianleisure.com 

How do I use my credit note?
Credit notes can be used to book new tickets for upcoming shows in 2021 by contacting the Box Office on hpcboxoffice@westlothianleisure.com  

If I change my mind can I get a refund later?
Yes, this is no problem. 

How will I be kept up-to-date with what is happening at Howden Park Centre?

When will I be able to return to a classes at Howden Park Centre?
We are unsure at the moment and will continue to follow advise from the Scottish Government to let you know when it is deemed safe to reopen Howden Park Centre.

When will the Café/Bar re-open?
We are unsure at the moment and will continue to follow advise from the Scottish Government to let us know when it is deemed safe to reopen our the Cafe/Bar We hope that in the near future we may be able to resume a food and beverage service to our customers.

Will the Panto be on this year?

Our popular annual Pantomime will not run this Christmas and will be greatly missed by many families who return year after year to enjoy this West Lothian festive tradition.  We look forward to releasing more information in the coming months about our 2021 show!
