Pilates - Level 1 - 2

The class is at a gentle pace and movements are focused so that the abdominal and back muscles are strengthened and by increasing flexibility, will thereby improve posture and reduce the risk of back problems or injuries.

The use of pilates techniques is especially good to correct postural problems by stabilising the core muscles of the trunk. Please bring your own exercise mat.


Level Guide
Level 1: Complete beginners, no experience
Level 2: At least one or two terms of experience

Level 3: At least one year of experience

Book 2 different adult dance classes or more and save 10%
Available only on dance classes that display this statement. Classes must be attended by the same person.
