To all our customers

All West Lothian Leisure venues and services: Howden Park Centre/Xcite/Low Port/Polkemmet Golf Course and Driving Range/Secondary School Booking and our head office remain closed until it is safe to re-open.

At present we are uncertain when this date will be and are following Government guidelines. We are working in the background on the safest options to open your facilities when we are able to do so. By standing by us you're helping us to return when we can open our doors.

The majority of our team have been furloughed (which means they are not working) to enable us to apply for the government assistance towards a percentage of our staff wages. There is a small team continuing to work in the background to ensure we keep our customers up-to-date and the organisation well maintained so we are ready to welcome you back.

We have been overwhelmed by your support - thank you!

Many of our customers have opted to donate their ticket money or accepting a credit note rather than requesting a refund. We working to rescheulde shows that are effected and updates will be added to the events table above as and when these dates are available.

Coronavirus - Customer Update Friday 20 March

Following the schools closure announcement and ongoing advice and guidance in relation to coronavirus, we have reluctantly taken the decision to close Howden Park Centre from Friday 20 March at 12 noon. Initially this closure is until 30 April when we will review the situation and provide further information. All of West Lothian Leisure venues will be closed during this time.

An update will be released in the next few days on shows to be rescheduled or refunded. We appreciate your patience while this is finalised and ask you not to contact Box Office. Anyone with a ticket for an upcoming event will be contacted in due course with any updates.

As a charity we are reliant on ticket sales to continue to operate, it would make the world of difference to us if customers would consider donating ticket money or accepting a credit note rather than requesting a refund.

Tim Dent, CEO of West Lothian Leisure said "This has been an incredibly challenging time for everyone. As a charity we are reliant on memberships, lets and customer visit income, so closing venues has a significant impact on the organisation. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in more certain times and look forward to your continued support - for your own health and wellbeing and those who need it most in our community."

In the meantime we're working to bring you fresh content on our Xcite social media and provide online workouts to keep West Lothian active and motivated. Follow us, support each other, keep safe and stay healthy."

We ask our customers to take the time to read through info provided in the link to help answer queries you may have. This covers all West Lothian Leisure venues and services: Xcite/Howden Park Centre/Low Port/Polkemmet Golf Course and Driving Range/Secondary School Booking.

Coronavirus - Customer Update Wednesday 18 March
