Services Standards
Community Arts Team aims to provide the highest professional standards of service to our customers. Our Service Standards are part of our commitment to excellent service.
We will:
- provide you with high quality arts facilities which are safe, clean and welcoming
- provide you with a high quality arts programme at Howden Park Centre.
- ensure that people from every locality in West Lothian engage in the services we provide
- support and develop the capacity of local voluntary arts organisations
- provide a programme of creative learning experiences which will help schools to meet the objectives of Curriculum for Excellence
- support the key principles of the National Youth Music Strategy
- implement the Public Arts Strategy in partnership with Planning Services
Community Arts Team Customer Service Standards
We will:
- Treat you with respect and our staff will be friendly and helpful
- Ensure that all staff identify themselves when dealing with you
- Deal with your enquiry promptly and efficiently from your first contact
- Respond to complaints within 5 working days either giving a direct response or a clear indication of when to expect one
- Consult you about the quality of our service and how it meets your needs
- Provide information which helps you to access our service in a way that suits your needs
- Strive to ensure that you are satisfied with the service we provide
